Simply outstanding. Warm welcome from all. Fantastic range of lagers and ales. There is a beautiful, sun drenched garden to enjoy with the odd game of aunt sally if you fancy! Could not recommend highly enough. Head chef Carl provides amazing home cooked food. A must visit.

We stayed at The Unicorn Inn for a night as we were attending a wedding in the local area. There was free parking at the front of the building and the hosts gave us a lovely welcome. It was a beautiful day and plenty of people were enjoying the beer garden and they had a good selection of drinks including alcohol free beers and gins. The room was clean and comfortable and had a good size shower. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. We went for a little walk around the local area before leaving and it was very peaceful and pretty with an English Heritage site in close proximity.

New mangement have recently opened after along closure. I have not stayed as I live nearby or eaten as yet. More when I do. The new owners have previous experience of running a sucessful pub and it shows. They have hit the ground running and the service and atmosphere are superb. They are attracting a lot of customers by creating a well run business. Good variety of ales and drinks. The food menu is ambitious and I look forward to indulging myself.

Love this pub. It is my local so am here often! Great publicans who took over last year. They’ve turned the place around and it has a lovely friendly atmosphere frequented by the people of Deddington and visitors to the area. Great garden for summer drinking too

We stayed for 1 night on a bank holiday weekend in May. We had a double room, which appears to have been recently refurbished. Lovely en suite with shower, room 3. We had breakfast which was delicious, their coffee was fab! (I am picky about my coffee… I had two cups) The management were outstanding and friendly, along with the few bar staff we met on the Saturday evening. Lovely vibe in the bar, would come back. Thanks for a lovely stay

We stayed here for a pit stop overnight when visiting family in a nearby village and this place didn't disappoint. We received a very warm welcome from the landlord and landlady and check in was a breeze. They have a great selection of alcohol and it was really pleasing to see a village pub so busy. The building itself is stunning and much larger than I thought it would be with an extended restaurant and outdoor area with seating. The room had everything we needed for the night, including a bath and a shower and it overlooked the town square which was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. Our room was number 2. The breakfast menu has something for everyone with a selection of cooked and non cooked options and you can tell quality ingredients were used. It was a shame this was a flying visit as the the evening and Sunday lunch menu looked fantastic and we will be sure to try these on our next visit. Overall we felt very welcomed and the pub has a very homely feel to it, we will be sure to stay again next time we are passing.

Perfect stay at the Unicorn. My wife and I stayed one night, had an amazing meal with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Breakfast the next day was the same. The owners made us feel like part of the family especially our little dog Edna. Thanks again, Andy
